We wanted to give you an update to share some of the fun things that are happening at The Living Word.
Each month new Hidden Treasures are posted on our online store as MP3s and are available for you to download for free. You can find them here! Our online store, www.livingwordpublications.org, will remain open and running for our customers. It has many audio and print products available for free and for purchase. If you would like to receive alerts when new products are released, sign up for email notifications here.
Many years ago, we made several collections of John Robert Stevens’ literature available to use with Logos Bible Software. However, a lot has changed with Logos, and those collections have been very cumbersome to install and set-up for a while now. We are currently working with Logos to get those products updated! Hopefully by mid-December we will have updated versions of the Logos Living Word Collections available. The update will not affect any previous purchases, so if you already have any of our collections, you will still be able to use them as before. This should make purchasing and installing these collections much simpler.
We have always had a burden to preserve the Word, and one side-effect of that is that we have accumulated a lot of recordings and paperwork over the years. We have been working very hard this year to digitize our records and recordings. We are scanning and archiving our paperwork files and transferring audio recordings to computer digital files. This is a huge undertaking and we are making a lot of progress! We are 95% of the way done with one of our largest projects: transferring 40 years of recordings that had been previously stored on Digital Audio Tapes (DATs)!
With all the changes taking place, we want to reassure you that The Living Word is not going away. We will continue in the mission to preserve and publish the Living Word.
