The authority in the word is based upon the submission in the one who speaks it. The creative result from that word of authority depends upon the submissive faith in the one who hears it. The Bride is submissive but Babylon is not. Here is the difference in this hour between being blessed or being judged. The message is essential for us all. (58 min.)
