By this time we ought to be teachers instead of babes. This word describes the impasses and hindrances in the churches and gives specifics on what to do about them. The word is more impartation than teaching. It is a rut-blaster which the brethren recommended that every pastor hear.

THE AUTHORITY OF THE COMMISSIONED ONES
Expand your understanding of divine order. In the New Testament there were offices of authority (apostles, prophets, elders, etc. ). There were also references in the epistles to individuals with a specific commission. In both cases the submission of the Body is imperative. Be submissive to your elder but also be submissive to anyone in the Body with a specific apostolic commission.
