The object of governments, political or religious, has been to control the conduct and behavior of its constituents. This means to create a conformity and image of righteousness. Righteousness, however, is a change of nature and an impartation of a new nature from God. God seeks to change what He would control. Babylon seeks to control what it cannot change. (56 min.)
