The lack of perception is a great danger in this walk. Someone right next to you could be getting blessed and you’d miss out on it if your awareness was on the wrong thing. It would be terrible to be so occupied with lesser things that we’d miss the day of the Lord’s visitation. This was true of Israel at the time of Christ. You’ll never fail to have problems if your peace and blessing depends on another human being. We have to have a revelation of the Lord or we won’t walk with Him.
