Interlocked in the true definition of sonship is first the revelation of ourselves with the responsibility that is involved. As we sense our involvement and our commission we will despair from ever attaining that level of discipleship and we repent for what we have not yet attained as His sons. On this new level we repent more that we are not saints than we repent that we are sinners. (53 1/2 min.)

CHRIST’S TRAVAIL
October 29, 1977 Saturday P.M. Shiloh

During Adam’s deep sleep, God took a rib and made a woman. Christ in a deeper sleep and a spear in His side created His Bride by His shed blood. It is by the death and work of the cross with heavy travail that husbands give birth to Kingdom wives. Wives in their deep need precipitate the husband’s agony and travail by which the husbands produce a Kingdom marriage. The Kingdom wife calls her husband, lord, and as he ministers to her she becomes fruitful, young, without spot or wrinkle. (34 min.)

Scriptures: Eph. 5:26-27; I Pet. 3:1-6; Isa. 66:9; (Gen. 2:21); (John 19:33-34); (Rom. 8:21); (Gal. 3:28); (Gal. 4:19)

WHY THIS MT. MORIAH TRIP?
November 11, 1977 Friday P.M. Iowa

When God’s gifts tend to become an idol, God requires the sacrifice of them. When your ministry tends to become a kingdom, God requires the sacrifice of it. When a Godgiven relationship becomes idolatrous or out of order, God requires it in sacrifice. We’re tested by delay first. We are tested by the distraction of His fulfillment second. This word is the key to our transition from a local church kingdom to the churches of His Kingdom. This puts everything in the proper perspective. (37 min.)

Scriptures: Gen. 22:1-19; Rom. 1:21-25; (I Cor. 7:32)
Topics: Will of God; Obedience; Sacrifice; Promises, God’s to Us; Dealings; Relationships, Spiritual
