The Lord taught us to pray, “Give us this day our daily bread” (Matthew 6:11). There must be a daily hunger in us for Christ, the bread of life. No matter what we received from Him yesterday, we should get up every morning, humble ourselves, confess that we have no life in ourselves and demand, “Feed us, Christ; we need to partake of You today!”
