Seeing Beyond Accusations Against God, Yourself, And Your Brother

Satan, the accuser and the liar, constantly brings accusations to God about you, accuses you about yourself, and then attempts to make you a channel of accusations against your brethren. The story of Elijah and the prophets of Baal illustrates how a true prophet of God refused to relate to the people based on the lie that was holding them in bondage. As a school of prophets, we must be very careful in our relating to one another. We must not judge each other according to what our natural eyes see. We determine to have God’s perception of truth about each other, to minister forgiveness, and to free each other from Satan’s accusations against us. We dedicate ourselves to this new day of relating in the Body of Christ.

Cast Out The Accuser

Satan was cast out of heaven and thrown down to earth. Now, it is our responsibility to cast him out of this earth. Satan is a liar and the accuser of the brethren. When we reject his accusations against ourselves and one another, we are removing his presence from our midst. From this day forward, we give satan no place here on this earth. We submit to God as our Father and we reject the accuser.

We took a simple and practical step tonight. We are empowered by the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth, to cast out the accuser. By the truth, we can reject the lie. Satan may transfer thoughts to our minds, but we do not have to voice them or act on them. Instead, we catch the lie, submit it to the Holy Spirit, replace that lie for the truth, voice the truth and it judges the spirit realm. Now, Satan is finished!
