OBEDIENCE WITHOUT DESPAIR
November 27, 1977 Sunday A.M. Ana.

Blessed is the believer who obeys God even though his obedience seems to nullify the promises of God to his heart. Abraham’s sacrifice of Isaac expressed a faith that God could raise him from the dead and then fulfill the prophecies over Isaac. We obey without despair. (17 1/2 min.)

Scriptures: Gen. 22:1-10; Heb. 11:17; (Gen. 15:6); (Rom. 4:9)
Topics: Obedience; Sacrifice; Withdrawal; Promises, Possessing Them; Faith, Aggressive; Submission; Wholeheartedness
