Shepherding Is A Chain Of Relationships
It is time to redefine what shepherding means to us. It can no longer represent an administrative system based on position thinking and a lack of relationship. True shepherding is a chain of relationships in which people, with a fear of God, take responsibility to teach the ways of the Lord to those within their daily influence. This correct shepherding within relationships will bear the fruit of divine order.
