Here is a broken and a tender unfolding of the relationship the Lord is working between shepherds and sheep. This is the beginning of the step that puts the yoke on shepherds so that they can carry the burden of the sheep. “We Are All Sheep” and “…He Will Tend His Flock” are an inseparable pair of tapes to launch effectively the overseeing shepherd ministry that releases the apostolic ministry to the higher functioning.
