THE JOY-CHASERS

Ezra 3:3-6 describes the restoration of the house of worship after the exile and the loud shouts of joy which were heard over hills and valleys afar. Isaiah prophesies for us also the Scriptural restoration of worship. Ours is “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” Isaiah says we shall “overtake gladness and joy.” We are the joy-chasers.
