Here is a deeper look at the divine order at the local church. We impart and commission on the basis of revelation, not democratic election. By revelation we channel His authority to His people. We are responsible for what we receive by impartation and for what we give by impartation. We must strive with all purity and accuracy in the revelation by the laying on of hands to impart and commission God’s servants. (36 min.)
