Christ is the Word–i.e. the expression of all the Father is and reveals. As we receive Him and His Word we are becoming also the word made flesh. We are the living epistles of Christ. The first chapter of John also ends with the words “the Son of Man.” So the chapter begins designating Jesus as God and ends designating Him as the Son of Man. We only understand our Redeemer when we understand how completely He became man and how perfectly we will take on the nature of God.

God’s Word is settled in heaven. His purpose is unchangeable. His provision for us is perfect. He and His promises are immutable. We are the variables. But when His Word is settled in our hearts and thinking, then His provision is appropriated. Usually a message is not repeated in the churches but this message was preached both in the Valley and in Anaheim. Both versions are similar but enough different to warrant the inclusion of both.

THE KINGDOM PASSOVER
