Description

This cassette tape contained the following 3 messages by John Robert Stevens.

FALSE ORDER, DISORDER OR DIVINE ORDER
January 31, 1976 Saturday A.M. Ana.

Through the centuries the church has errored in one extreme or another. The Roman church vested authority in itself, not in the Scriptures. The Protestant churches put the authority in their human interpretation of the Scriptures. Thus you could choose between false order and disorder. The true divine order receives the Scriptures as God’s Word and the true apostolic teaching as the unique revelation of those Scriptures.

Topics: Divine Order; Living Word; Apostle, Apostolic; Revelation; Channel; (Purity); (Apostolic Company); (Catholicism)

THE GLORIOUS CHRIST IS IN PRISON
January 31, 1976 Saturday A.M. Ana.

This message is most important in that it gives the two aspects of all the end-time events. 1) The focus is on your faith for Christ to be glorified and to come forth within yourself. 2) Your focus is on your faith bringing forth Christ in your brother. The priorities are not on the members and the ministries but on Christ in His Body. The Parousia, or His glorious presence will be a result of our faith to see Christ glorified in ourselves as well as in the rest of the Body.

Scriptures: Col. 1:24-29; Matt. 25:31-40; (I Thess. 1:1-10)
Topics: Christ in You; Body of Christ, Body Ministry; (Suffering); (Glorification); (Faith, Vicarious); (Parousia);(Provision); (Progressive Fulfillment)

THE FOCUS AND THE FLOW
January 18, 1976 Sunday A.M. Ana.

This message was similar to the Sunday morning message in Sepulveda, January 18, 1976, although there are a few different thoughts. The emphasis here is on the empty words as in contrast to the full Living Word now. (71 min.)

Scriptures: II Tim. 2:15-23; Titus 1:10-11; I Tim. 1:6; II Cor. 3:18
Topics: Focus; Word, Ours; Worship; Word, Speaking; (Problems); (Free Spirit)
Series: The School of Prophets
Rated: For Mature Sons
