A New Anointing To Proclaim God’s Word
Last Sunday, the Lord spoke to us about a new anointing that He wants to pour out upon us. Like David, who didn’t see the complete fulfillment of the word over his life until he was anointed a third time, we have yet to see all that God has spoken over us. It is time for us to receive a new anointing: one that brings us into a new relationship with the Scriptures, and into an understanding of the truth and timing of God’s Word. When we pray as Jesus taught His disciples, we proclaim His Word with a demand that it be fulfilled. Rivers of living water will flow out of our bellies as we prophesy from the Scriptures. The Lord is saying that the Word will no longer be entangled with delays. This Word launches the school of prophets into a new relationship and a new anointing with the Word of God.
