God’s Word is settled in heaven. His purpose is unchangeable. His provision for us is perfect. He and His promises are immutable. We are the variables. When His Word is settled in our hearts and thinking, then His provision is appropriated. Both versions of this message, as preached in the Valley and Anaheim churches, are important and valuable.
