John’s Life, Pentecost And Your Decision
The Pentecost of Acts 2 was not a sovereign act of God, but it was triggered by a decision in the hearts of the disciples to believe what Christ had promised. On this day of Pentecost, the 12th anniversary of John’s death, we are in a similar time of transition as those disciples. The Lord is putting a decision before us: “Will you simply believe, in your heart, the Word that I have spoken to you?” By that decision of faith, we turn loose the power of the living Word through us to the earth. The living Word is talking about you; simply decide to believe it.
