The revelation of Christ as Emmanuel is an essential foundation for us to open our hearts to the mystery of the Word which is Christ in us, the hope of glory. As Christ’s glory was a revelation to Him that strengthened Him through the cross experience, so will this revelation of our glory be our strength.
