When Christ was crucified, a re-arrangement took place in the realm of spirit in which the authority of the universe changed for all eternity. The purpose of the Church is greater than simply conveying the message of salvation. The Church must continue the revolutionary process begun by Christ on the cross to bring the principalities and powers of heaven under the dominion of Christ. He is waiting for a Church that will make every enemy His footstool (Hebrews 10:13). Our struggle is not on the physical realm and our weapons are not of this earth, but they are mighty through God for the pulling down of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:3-4).
