We Must Break In To Become A Prophetic Community
Abraham, by faith, followed God’s leading and ventured out into a new land, not knowing where he was going. We must have this same faith, as we leave behind the days of hierarchy. We are not just replacing hierarchy with another organizational structure; instead we are determined to break into being a prophetic community. This will require our absolute dedication to the voice of the Lord and to the leading of the Holy Spirit. We must move into this ability together. When we are immature, we are under the influence of the spiritual forces that guide us and keep us restrained from being able to appropriate what was promised (Galatians 4:1-3). We trust the Lord in this process. We will continue to go up the mountain and hear the voice of the Lord, and bring what we hear to the prophetic community for confirmation. As we follow His voice and the leading of the Holy Spirit, He will mature us and give us the authority to cast off the spirits that hold us in bondage.
