God’s Blessings Come Through Faith

Our big problem is not the devil; it is failing to believe God. When we are moved from the position of faith, we are completely vulnerable and God has to deal with our unbelief. The blessings of the Lord only come through faith.

Take My Yoke Upon You

God has given every creature a way to protect itself. We also have a way of protection. The Lord is our refuge. The body and blood of Jesus Christ are a wall of protection around about us. It is an invisible shield that is available anytime, but we have to focus on the Lord to get it.

Objective Discipline

A stubborn, rebellious person who cannot be entreated can be a hazard to the people of God. However, a church must be objective. Church discipline is usually detrimental because of the lack of forgiveness. Mercy and grace are to be without limitation wherever there is a repentant heart.

The Force Of A Right Spirit

There is a tremendous force that the prayer of faith releases. We dissipate that force by having a wrong spirit. If you judge your brother, God will judge you. Your lack of forgiveness nullifies the blessing of God upon your life. You cannot have a wrong spirit and prosper. A right spirit brings the flow of life and health to your spirit and to your physical body.

The most valuable thing we have is our time. Every day, we decide between doing the good, the better or the best. Our work of service must not take priority over our worship for the Lord and our spiritual communion with Him. Be Ready To Pay The Price

In this day of God’s outpouring and restoration, we must be ready to pay the price. We must be committed to the spiritual warfare that is involved. Keep On Praying And Believing

We are seeking a revival, the latter rain outpouring of God’s Spirit. Will God answer our prayer? He does not do anything sovereignly; He always moves through human instruments. It takes a long time for God to raise up a people who will walk with Him. The birth pangs of a new age are upon the earth; it is a battle, a struggle. If we keep praying, God will pour out the rain and there will be fruit. However, when He begins to move it will be difficult for the Christian world to accept it.

No Failure Has To Be Final

Peter is a cross-section of human nature; he was a courageous man, and yet one of the weakest. He failed his first test by denying the Lord, but then he repented and stood up boldly at Pentecost. No failure has to be final. Though you may have failed a test the first time around, the next time you can come through gloriously, if you are willing to repent.

The Salvation And Strength Of The Lamb

To serve God there are two things that are necessary: salvation and strength. The Passover lamb brought both of these things to the Israelites. The blood of the lamb represented salvation from judgment. The strength of the lamb enabled them to get up and leave Egypt behind forever. Every Lord’s Day, we are keeping the Passover. This communion service was an hour of judgment.

We Must Come Into The Rest Of The Lord

We are in a time of transition. We have to come into the rest of the Lord or we are going to become absorbed in the spiritual battle. We have to live in God; He has to become our refuge, our dwelling place. We must learn to live joyfully in His presence, no matter what is coming against us. Our individual deliverance, and the future of this church, is dependent on our worship of the Lord.
