Submit Your Freedom To His Lordship

In this message, John gives the young people some practical advice for their walk with God. As our spirits become more free in the Lord, we must use that freedom to serve Him. Instead of using our freedom for our own purposes, we allow the Holy Spirit to direct all of our activities. John also counseled the young people not to get caught up in the spirit of this age. While others may protest against the world situation and try to live as nonconformists, we truly do not conform to this world as we decide to live as citizens of His Kingdom who are under the absolute Lordship of Christ.

Use Your Freedom To Serve His People

We are in the conjunction of a whole new age and God is opening up a day of enlarged spiritual understanding, appropriation, and perception. As He frees our spirits, any dissensions or divisions in our midst must end and we must use the force of our spirits to minister to each other. We must restrict our spirits to do nothing at our initiative but to be led by the Holy Spirit. Through love we will serve each other, and as we see an influx of new believers we will love them and minister to them as God wants. This is how we come into the freedom of the sons of God.

Serve Righteousness

“You are slaves of the one whom you obey” (Romans 6:16). Today, we choose the Lord as our new Master. We do not have to serve sin anymore. We have been taken out of the dominion of darkness and translated into the Kingdom of the Son of His love. We choose to serve righteousness and to be the bondservants of Jesus Christ.

You Are The Sanctuary Of God

We need to have a greater respect for our bodies as sanctuaries of the Holy Spirit. We must realize that we belong to the Lord. This message was inspired by our young people who are learning how to separate themselves from the world and walk with God.

Your Heart Germinates The Word

Every good thing the Lord gives you, every living Word, is like a seed that when planted dies before it brings forth a great harvest. The Lord does not let the seed germinate in your conscious mind. As we move into greater things, we must be careful not to be a stumbling block to people as they come into our midst. If they can see Jesus and see His signs and wonders, they will turn to Him.

We Are Set Free From Sin

He has removed the power and presence and consequences of sin from our lives. What do we do as we partake of Communion? With the help of the Holy Spirit, we see our need, seek forgiveness, and appropriate the Lamb that was slain for us.

After We Have Done The Will Of God

What happens for us after we have walked before God with all of our heart, yet there seems to be a delay in what God will do? We have an example in Hezekiah, who did God’s will with a heart wholly set on Him, and then stood to see God bring deliverance as He judged the armies of Sennacherib. God may test us and try us for a little time, but we must keep our heart set on Him. After we have done His will, we will see the glory and the wonders and the fulfillment of the Lord upon our life.

We Must Respond To The Word

There are four ways that we can respond to a Word from God. If our hearts are hardened, the Word is taken from us. Know That I Am Your Lord

God is working in two directions at the same time. He is working for His people, and He is working to judge the forces of evil. As with the Israelites at the Red Sea, God is behind us, thrusting us forward into His blessings while protecting us so the pursuit of the enemy does not overtake us. In the end, God will get the glory and we will know that He is our Lord. Do not look back at the enemy. Move forward into fulfillment. A Contrast Between Two Men

The only way into the Kingdom of God is to accept and appropriate God’s plan and provision. Just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness so the Israelites may live, we look to our exalted Lord and live (Numbers 21:8-9). It is that simple. It is the plan of God that we accept His remedy for our sin nature and be saved.

Let The Eternal God Be Your Dwelling Place

The unique thing about Moses is that he developed an awareness of the invisible. He endured, as seeing Him who is invisible. He did not look within himself for the ability to be the answer. Moses learned to live in God and to position himself in God. The Lord is our dwelling place in all generations. When you learn to make the Lord your habitation, your continual address, then you have the secret of the great saints and patriarchs that have done great things that the Lord set before them to do. The everlasting arms of God will never fail.

Be Aggressive To Claim The Promises

Believe that Jesus Christ wants you to be more than a conqueror. God has made full provision for you and you must have an aggressive initiative of faith to possess it. The difficulty in this generation is not in His lack of provision; the difficulty is that we must learn how we appropriate it and how we act upon it.

The Love Of God In The Church

The first commandment is that you love God with all of your heart, all of your soul, all of your mind, and all of your strength. You can only love Him as you open your heart to His divine love, and He imparts to you the very capacity to express His love. As His love is manifested through the members of His Body, doctrines will no longer be so complex and issues will melt away. The flow of love will be a deep, mystical thing in the house of God.

Your salvation is by the grace of God, but in the final judgment, you will be judged by your faithfulness to the opportunities and privileges that were opened up to you by that grace. God gives you the answers, the authority, and His power and His gifts, and He expects you to be a steward of these privileges.

Opportunities Neglected Or Fulfilled

God has given us His Spirit. We have in our power the privilege and authority to bless people and to deliver them. If we do nothing with these privileges, it will be considered wickedness in the sight of God. We must not neglect the privileges and opportunities we have received from Him. We must be faithful with the blessings He has given us by His grace.

The End-Time Spiritual Temple

We are living in the most significant hour in the history of the world. Hastily Out Of The Dungeon

In this time of the Feast Of Tabernacles, we must have a flow of prophecy that produces an awareness of blessing, not just an anticipation of blessing. These are days of fulfillment in which we receive and appropriate the blessings of the Lord. As it was with Joseph, we have been tested and tried by the Word of the Lord, serving the Lord as best we can. But the time is coming when God will hastily summon us from the dungeon, the shackles of restrictions will be removed, and He places us in authority to be His instruments to accomplish His purposes.

Progressive, Unfolding Revelation

The greatest thing that can take place in our life is to be exposed to a progressive, unfolding, step-by-step revelation of what God is doing. Without an unfolding revelation people can become discouraged and not appreciate what God has done for them. Let us praise God instead of being discouraged; we may be just around the corner from the biggest fountain of blessing that ever happened.

A Meeting With The Father
