As long as there is a possibility of repentance, the Lord says, a bruised reed He will not break, a smoking flax He will not quench. He will not fail nor be discouraged until He has set judgment in the earth.

Let’s Believe For More!

We are in the conjunction of a whole new age and God is opening up a day of enlarged spiritual understanding, appropriation, and perception. As He frees our spirits, any dissensions or divisions in our midst must end and we must use the force of our spirits to minister to each other. We must restrict our spirits to do nothing at our initiative but to be led by the Holy Spirit. Through love we will serve each other, and as we see an influx of new believers we will love them and minister to them as God wants. This is how we come into the freedom of the sons of God.

We Are Set Free From Sin

We approach the Communion with joy because we know that judgment for our sins was put onto Christ and by His sacrifice we were set free from sin. He has removed the power and presence and consequences of sin from our lives. What do we do as we partake of Communion? With the help of the Holy Spirit, we see our need, seek forgiveness, and appropriate the Lamb that was slain for us.

After We Have Done The Will Of God

What happens for us after we have walked before God with all of our heart, yet there seems to be a delay in what God will do? We have an example in Hezekiah, who did God’s will with a heart wholly set on Him, and then stood to see God bring deliverance as He judged the armies of Sennacherib. God may test us and try us for a little time, but we must keep our heart set on Him. After we have done His will, we will see the glory and the wonders and the fulfillment of the Lord upon our life.

A Man With An Excellent Spirit

Daniel’s life gives us a wonderful example of the outgrowth of an excellent spirit. If we have an excellent spirit, we will have discernment and never know deception. We will know divine health. We will have immunity from the attacks of our enemies. God will show us how to minister to each other, and He will work in our spirit to bring to us everything that we are looking for. The Saving Possibility In Every Situation

In every situation, the grace of God provides a saving possibility that nothing can destroy. No circumstance or spiritual battle can have an unbreakable grasp on us because God guarantees that He will provide a way of escape and that all things work together for good to them that love Him. As we do the will of God, isn’t it marvelous that even if we stumble and make mistakes, we can shake them off. His providence and grace make it possible for us to move onward in His will.

We Must Respond To The Word

There are four ways that we can respond to a Word from God. If our hearts are hardened, the Word is taken from us. If we receive the Word on a shallow level, it will not survive the things that will come to contest it. If we are involved in so many things that we are not putting God first, then the Word is not effective in our life. Finally, if the Word falls on a prepared heart, God anticipates that the Word will grow and bring forth fruit. But how much will that Word accomplish? It is up to us. God does not intervene in our lives except through our diligence to appropriate His grace and to seek Him with a whole heart.

Know That I Am Your Lord

God is working in two directions at the same time. He is working for His people, and He is working to judge the forces of evil. As with the Israelites at the Red Sea, God is behind us, thrusting us forward into His blessings while protecting us so the pursuit of the enemy does not overtake us. In the end, God will get the glory and we will know that He is our Lord. Do not look back at the enemy. Move forward into fulfillment. When God finishes His purpose, the New Testament Church will utterly prevail over everything that comes against it.

The Path To Grace

Do not say, “Woe is me, everything is against me. I take three steps forward and fall back two,” for that is the path to grace. The grace of God makes a provision so that no oppression, no devil, no problem within, no circumstance in the world can keep you from the blessing of the Lord. God will make all things work for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Partake of the Communion and live, and be refreshed in your spirit. The story of Jehoshaphat’s famous victory teaches us two valuable principles. First, God has identified Himself with you. Your battle is His battle. Secondly, our struggle is not to defeat satan, but to appropriate the victory of Christ and to bring that victory into manifestation. “Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord” (II Chron. 20:17) does not mean that you stand afar off at a safe distance. It means that you will be in the middle of the battle, but you will know that it is God who is giving you the victory.
