Christ Ends The Grief Of Separation

As a result of their disobedience, Adam and Eve experienced a traumatic separation from God. Their oneness with God was literally ripped from the fabric of their being. The grief and sorrow of being devoid of the presence of God was very real to Adam and Eve. To this day, mankind continues to live in futility and in physical and spiritual sickness as a result of our separation from the Father. Christ never experienced separation from the Father until His dying moment on the cross when He cried out with a loud voice, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?” (Matthew 27:46). Isaiah 53:4 says: Surely our griefs He Himself bore, and our sorrows He carried. On the cross, Christ not only carried our sin, but He bore the traumatic, deep grief and sorrow of being separated from the Father. It is time for us to be rid of the grief, the separation, and the absence of the presence of God. In Christ, we are restored to living in the Father’s presence with the Spirit of God indwelling us, bringing life to our mortal bodies. It is time for us to appropriate all that Christ died for. It is time for the Lamb of God to receive the reward of His suffering that we should no longer live separated from our Father.

Marilyn’s passing has been a deep experience for all of us. In this Word, I expressed what God spoke to me as I was going through a time of tremendous suffering and crying out to Him. The Lord said, “What you are experiencing is part of the fabric of the creation of the human being that goes back to the Garden of Eden. What you are feeling — that deep emotion of grief and sorrow — was created at that moment when I was separated from man as a result of disobedience.” When He created Adam and Eve, He was one with them and they were one with Him. He was everything to them. When God was torn and separated from their being, they immediately began to look for substitutes for all that God had been within them. Idols represent anything in our lives that we have used as a substitute for what God wants to be to us — and He wants to be everything to us. We repent of our idolatry, and we begin to destroy the idols that we have created. Father, we are going to find a way to infuse You, piece by piece, into every area and aspect of our lives.

Three hundred pastors, ministries, and spouses, including leaders of Pentecostal and Evangelical churches, attended an annual pastors’ breakfast at Mount Zion. The Church must have a revelation of God’s Kingdom on earth which includes Jesus Christ taking His place here as the King of kings and Lord of lords. The earth still lies in the lap of the evil one but Jesus defeated satan on the cross and has given His Body the authority, in oneness, to bind the strong man and plunder his house. Christ promised His Church: “I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; and whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven” (Matthew 16:19). One of the keys Jesus gave for our success in the exercise of this authority is our oneness. Without oneness, our prayers will not work. As long as we remain divided, we allow our authority to dissipate. Today, we repent and ask the Lord to deliver us from divisions and schisms. Instead of God’s Kingdom being divided we believe for division and destruction in the kingdom of satan. This Word is an urgent call in the spirit to the worldwide Body of Christ to come into oneness.

When the life of His Spirit is in us, our words become spirit and life, and the Kingdom is manifested on earth as it is in heaven. Marilyn learned her spirit and lived with a fixed focus on God. This Word ends everything of confusion surrounding Marilyn’s passing. It is not as though our prayers were not answered; they were. Marilyn is very much alive and functioning where the Lord wants her. We don’t grieve as others who have no hope. Our understanding of death is different from the world’s. From the moment of Christ’s resurrection, the door was open to transition from life to life in the first-fruits resurrection. Jesus spoke of His death as the Son of Man being glorified. He compared death to a grain of wheat that falls to the ground and brings forth fruit. The outer shell houses life, and as that life transforms and matures, the shell is pushed away. No one grieves over the shell while beholding the new life. Now it is time for us to mature; our grieving is the drive that motivates us to relate by the spirit to the Lord and the Cloud of Witnesses, to be the spiritual people God called us to be.

You Are Blessed With Every Spiritual Blessing

This is an expository message out of Ephesians 1:1-5. Paul’s epistle was written to the faithful saints at Ephesus, and we know that God is also speaking to those who are faithful in this day. God, our Father, is blessed and He has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places. We tend to seek things like healings and the gifts and fruit of the Spirit, but true change comes while beholding Him. It is not as though we’re trying to break into something that is not available; God chose us before the foundation of the world to stand blameless before His face in love. He did it according to the kind intention of His will, and nothing will stop His will from being executed. Melt in love to the Father, and your spirit will appropriate His blessing. We love Him because He first loved us. His Spirit and presence with us imparts grace and peace. Memorize these verses and draw His blessing each day; then you will minister it to others.
